When you first contact us
Contact and Service Centre
All phone calls will be answered, initially, by the clinic’s Contact and Service Centre. You will tell the person answering the phone that you have a back or neck issue. After answering a few brief questions, you will be put through with one of Dr Schröder’s assistants.
Alternatively, you may directly contact Dr Schröder’s assistants. You can do so by sending an email to
Dr Schröder’s assistants
When you talk to Dr Schröder’s assistants on the phone, they will also ask you a few questions, to determine whether you are eligible for an appointment. If this is the case, they will ensure that you receive all the information you need to schedule an intake interview at the outpatient clinic.
Following the intake interview with Dr Schröder, one of his assistants will take you through the practical procedures required for any treatment that may be scheduled. If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to ask an assistant. If necessary, they will be able to confer directly with the neurosurgeon. This is an efficient system, in which patients won’t have to wait very long for an answer to their questions.
In very rare cases, Dr Schröder’s assistants will not be able to talk to you on the phone at once. If this happens, a Contact and Service Centre staff member will send the assistants an e-mail outlining your query, and they will contact you within 24 hours to answer your question.
